AI skin analysis: what your face tells us
FITGOD AI TeamJun 12, 2026 7 min read

Hydration, inflammation, texture and tone — how the FITGOD AI scan reads your skin and what to do about it.
What the scan actually measures
The camera scan estimates four things: surface hydration, visible inflammation, texture irregularity and tone evenness. These correlate strongly with sleep, hydration, and dietary inflammation load.
- Hydration — dryness and fine-line visibility
- Inflammation — redness distribution and breakout density
- Texture — pore and roughness patterns
- Tone — pigmentation evenness across zones
Skin is a downstream signal
Most short-term skin changes trace back to sleep debt, dehydration, sugar spikes and stress. That is why the coach ties skin scores to your training and nutrition log, rather than treating skin in isolation.
What to change first
Sleep window, water intake and a consistent, simple routine — cleanse, moisturise, sunscreen. Then re-scan in two weeks and compare the trend, not the single reading.
