FitGod AI is a fitness and nutrition coaching app developed and operated by FitGod AI ("we", "us", or "our"). We are the data controller for all personal information you provide when using this application. For privacy inquiries, contact us at fitgod.com@gmail.com.

• Account data: full name, email, date of birth, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, activity level, dietary and workout preferences, plus health information you voluntarily share.
• App usage data: meal logs, workout logs, water intake, body measurements, progress photos, community posts, and in-app activity.
• AI data: text transcripts of voice commands and AI Coach conversations; no raw audio is retained. Food photos are processed, not stored long-term.

• Contract performance: providing the fitness coaching service you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legitimate interests: improving AI model accuracy using anonymized aggregated data (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Consent: marketing communications and special-category health data (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
• Legal obligation: responding to valid legal requests (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your data is used exclusively to generate personalized AI meal plans, workout programs, and coaching advice; track progress; power the FIT voice assistant; enable community features you choose to post; send notifications you enable; and improve AI model accuracy using anonymized, aggregated data only.

The FIT voice assistant processes speech on your device for wake-word detection. Spoken text (not audio) is sent to our secure AI backend. AI Coach, food scans, and body analysis are processed server-side under strict data processing agreements that prohibit using your data to train models.

• No raw audio leaves your device.
• Text transcripts are processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
• You can disable voice features in Settings → FIT Voice Assistant.

We implement multiple layers of security: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit; AES-256 encryption at rest; Supabase row-level security; hardware-backed secure enclave storage; Supabase Auth with JWT; and strict access controls for production data.

We share data only with service providers under strict data processing agreements: Supabase (database/auth), our AI providers (not used to train models), Google Firebase (anonymized analytics/crash reporting), and Expo/EAS (app distribution only).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. AI conversation history is retained for 30 days; voice transcripts are processed in real-time only; audit logs are kept for 90 days. After account deletion, all personal data is permanently purged within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may access, correct, erase, restrict, port, object to, or withdraw consent for processing of your data. India DPDP grievances are addressed within 30 days. CCPA rights include knowing, deleting, and opting out of sale (we do not sell data).

FitGod AI is not directed at children under 13. Age verification is required during onboarding. If we discover a child under the minimum age has provided data, we will delete it immediately. Contact fitgod.com@gmail.com with the subject 'Child Account Removal' and we will delete the account within 48 hours.

FitGod AI is operated from India. Data may be transferred to servers in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses and Data Processing Agreements with all service providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy as FitGod AI evolves. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
