You must be at least 13 years of age to use FitGod AI. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must supervise your use of the app and agrees to these terms on your behalf. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirements and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

To deliver personalized AI fitness coaching, we collect information you provide: your name, email, age, gender, height, weight, fitness goal, activity level, dietary preferences, and health conditions you choose to share. We also collect usage data — meals you log, workouts completed, water intake, progress photos, and community posts. Voice commands sent to FIT are processed temporarily to generate responses and are not stored permanently. We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.

Your data is used exclusively to power your personalized experience — generating AI meal plans, workout recommendations, progress analysis, and voice coaching responses. Anonymized, aggregated data (with all personal identifiers removed) may be used to improve the accuracy of FitGod AI models. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not share identifiable data with third parties, and we do not build advertising profiles from your health information.

FitGod AI provides general fitness and nutrition guidance based on the information you share. This content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Calorie targets, macro plans, workout routines, and body analysis results are AI estimates — they are not a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Always consult a qualified doctor or dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns. You use FitGod AI at your own discretion.

The FIT voice assistant processes your spoken commands to perform actions in the app — logging meals, adding water, starting workouts, and answering health questions. Voice audio is converted to text on your device when possible. When AI processing is required, text (not audio) is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. No voice recordings are stored on our servers. You can disable voice features at any time in Settings.

Meal plans, workout programs, nutritional breakdowns, body composition estimates, and coaching advice are generated by artificial intelligence using the data you provide. AI results are estimates and may not be 100% accurate. Individual results will vary based on genetics, lifestyle, adherence, and other factors. FitGod AI does not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, muscle gain, or performance improvement. You are responsible for deciding what guidance is appropriate for your body.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We will never ask for your password via email, phone, or in-app messages. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission and store passwords using industry-standard cryptographic hashing.

FitGod AI's community is a positive space to share progress and support each other. When you post in the community feed, you grant FitGod AI permission to display your post within the app. You are responsible for your posts. Do not post content that is harmful, harassing, hateful, explicit, or violates someone else's privacy. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate community standards without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

Core features of FitGod AI are free during the current phase. Premium features may require a subscription in the future. If and when paid plans are introduced, you will receive at least 30 days advance notice before any feature you are actively using becomes paid-only. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be clearly presented at the time of purchase. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection regulations.

You have full control over your data. You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at fitgod.com@gmail.com. We will process data deletion requests within 30 days.

We take the security of your health data seriously. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored using row-level security. We implement access controls to ensure only you can read your personal data. No security system is perfect — in the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

FitGod AI, its AI models, visual design, branding, and content are owned by the developer. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own fitness journey. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of FitGod AI without explicit written permission.

We may update these terms as FitGod AI evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continuing to use FitGod AI after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may delete your account before the new terms take effect.
